Located in Brampton, Ontario, Queen Square is committed to delivering high-quality, team-based primary care. It includes Queen Square Doctors and Queen Square Family Health Team, an interdisciplinary group of healthcare professionals serving patients and the community through a wide range of programs and services.

Our Services

Doctor's Office

Provides general primary care, prevention and wellness support, immunizations, pre and post natal support, in office procedures, botox therapy, circumcisions and more.

Queen Square Facility

Our Queen Square Facility also allows access to bloodwork laboratories, ECG testing and spirometry services for our patients.

Family Health Team

Facilitates additional programs such as seniors wellness support, maternal and child health, chiropody, occupational therapy, diabetes management, mental health, and many more.
